Development has a transition stage from design that can cause issues with timing. One way to remove this bottleneck is by providing an easy way to pass information between designers and developers through Figma. We have a process where our designers prepare their final files for development which will include everything a developer needs to convert the design into a functional product; specifically the finished specs including dimensions, images, CSS, and interaction notes.
