Cacao & Cardamom is an Artisan Chocolate Company that is located in the United States. Their vision is to combine the flavours of South Asia with global flavour influences through their chocolates and exquisite packaging. They wanted to create a digital presence that captured the craft-like nature of the product while simplifying the ordering process for customers to access their premium chocolates. As a solution, KS Softech built a fully responsive and visually appealing e-commerce site for Cacao & Cardamom on the Shopify platform to help establish their online presence and increase sales growth.

A component of the UI was Annie’s story. This entry into the “About Us” section allowed users to connect with the business’s history and motivation for creating the product offering.
  • Responsive & Mobile First User Experience – Developed a seamless user interface that is optimized for mobile devices and provides a simple and efficient experience when browsing or making purchases from a smartphone or tablet. Touch-optimized navigation options, quick view mobile-only checkout designed to streamline order placement for mobile shoppers.
  • Visual Storytelling Product Showcase – Featured high-resolution photography and videos of the chocolates and ingredients and the brands’ packaging. SEO best practices were incorporated to help increase the visibility of the site for users searching terms like “premium chocolates,” “artisanal gifts” and “dark chocolate benefits.” User convenience was also enhanced by enabling subscriptions, gift messages and shipping rules.
